CHEF ROHAN PARK x SAUMA
For one night only, two chefs and two culinary traditions come together at Sauma.
Chef Gurps Bagga welcomes renowned Chef Rohan Park with over 15 years of culinary expertise working in some of Perth’s leading kitchens including Old Young’s Kitchen, Leeuwin Estate, Wills Domain, Fleur and native ingredient led roving food pop-up Fervor. Park is currently the Brand Ambassador for Mahogany Creek, one of Sauma’s meat suppliers for game meat and bush tucker.
This collaborative dinner explores the connection between Indian flavours and native Australian ingredients.
Drawing on Gurps’ approach to traditional Himalayan rooted Indian spices and Rohan’s knowledge of native Australian ingredients, the evening brings their two worlds together across a generous multicourse feast.
