Mother’s Day at Sauma

Join us at Sauma this Mother’s Day as we celebrate the women who bring love, strength and a little spice to our lives. We’ve created a special shared menu for the occasion, designed to bring everyone together over bold flavours and generous plates.

Slow cooked Margaret River lamb shoulder cooked in a sauce of caramalised onions, cashew,

black cardamom, cinnamon and saffron (g)
